The 14th M V Kurien Commemorative Lecture was delivered by Dr. Alex M Thomas, Assistant Professor at Azim Premji University, Bangalore on the topic ‘The Contemporary Relevance of Adam Smith’, on 1st February 2019. He talked on the need of reading the classics and the myths and realities on Smiths’ theory.
