Dr M V KURIEN COMMEMORATIVE LECTURE 2020

DR. Tiji Thomas, IRS delivered the 15th Dr M V Kurien Commemorative Lecture 2020. The lecture was on the various tax reforms undertaken in India including the recent fundamental tax reform of GST. The larger objective of these tax reforms was to incur the tax revenue, a crucial component required for meeting the developmental objectives of the State, he argued.
