National Lecture by Prof Madhura Swaminathan

The Department of Economics, jointly with CSES(Centre for Socio-Economics and Environmental Studies) and Women’s Study Centre, CUSAT organised a public lecture on Climate Change and Agriculture by renowned agricultural economist and professor, Dr Madhura Swaminanatha on 20th July 2023.The speaker discussed the macro trends pertaining to climate change and its implications to production and productivity of small farmers.
